Focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction Job Description and Responsibilities **Job Objective** Lead new product introductions and engineering changes, ensuring efficient implementation of manufacturing processes, adherence to project timelines, and cost optimization, in coordination with cross-functional teams. **Responsibilities** * Lead new product introductions and engineering changes. * Develop and track project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables. * Coordinate activities with key departments: Product Design Engineering, Production, Procurement, Planning, primarily. * Analyze engineering change orders (ECO/ECN) and propose improvements focused on efficiency and cost reduction. * Develop and track fixtures. * Coordinate first-article validations and pilot runs. * Ensure correct implementation of processes on the production floor. * Interpret engineering drawings (AWS). * Ensure equipment and processes have required documentation. * Implement continuous improvement tools. Experience and Requirements * **Education**: Industrial Engineering or related field. * Minimum **5 years** of manufacturing experience focused on projects (engineering changes and new product introduction). * **Mandatory knowledge of MIG welding manufacturing processes.** * Interpretation of technical drawings (**AWS**). * Experience in first-article validations and pilot runs. * **Conversational English**.
