Sales strategy development and post-sales follow-up The mission of the sales representative role at INNOVATIVE\-NET is to attract and expand the assigned territory in the Northwest region of Mexico. Revenue generation will come from opening new accounts in the Industrial, Medical, Aerospace, Automotive, Large Retail, Corporate Offices, and Construction industries, following the sales process designed by the company. **JOB-RELATED ACTIVITIES:** · Closing sales of communication network solutions/projects/services, digital security systems, audio and multimedia systems, · Advising customers, preparing and presenting quotations to prospects and company clients. · Presenting projects to prospects and company clients · Developing strategies to close sales, closing sales, and conducting post-sales follow-up with customers · Scheduling customer visits · Attending public and private trade shows to acquire new prospects · Delivering sales presentations and informational capsules · Timely coordination of work using the company's established CRM software for performance tracking and metrics. **OFFERING:** · Base salary · Commission scheme · Curriculum-valued training · Profit-sharing (PTU) · Statutory benefits · Uniforms · Office hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **REQUIREMENTS:** · Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Digital Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, Networks, etc. · Current sales experience exceeding 1 year, particularly in B2B sales development within the sector · Knowledge of products such as switches, voice systems, networks, access control, IP video surveillance, intrusion detection, and control and management software Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone * Free uniforms * Meal vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
