




Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive preparation and management of payroll, including calculations, CFDI issuance, and oversight of employer-employee contributions, with client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll processing 2. Use of NOMIPAQ and payroll CFDI stamping 3. Calculation and control of IMSS, SUA, and INFONAVIT contributions Job Description and Activity Details Preparation of **weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls** using NOMIPAQ. Employee onboarding, offboarding, and data updates within the system. Calculations for: * Salaries and wages * Overtime hours * Medical leaves * Absences, vacations, vacation bonuses, and year-end bonuses * Settlements and severance payments (basic/intermediate level) Generation and **stamping of payroll CFDIs**. Calculation of **income tax (ISR) on salaries and wages**. Calculation and control of **employer-employee IMSS**, SUA, and INFONAVIT contributions. Support in preparing: * Affiliation records (IDSE) * Monthly and bimonthly SUA reports Monitoring payroll incidents across multiple clients. Client support and follow-up regarding payroll-related inquiries and clarifications. Digital archiving of employment files. Support in payroll vs. accounting reconciliations. Experience and Requirements * Proficiency in **NOMIPAQ** (minimum 1 year). * Knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)** and ISR on salaries and wages. * Payroll calculation experience in Mexico. * Payroll CFDI stamping experience. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SUA**. * Basic/intermediate Excel skills (filters, basic formulas).
