Ensuring compliance with current labor and tax legislation. ### **Information** Contract Type:**Indefinite-term** Salary:**$16,000 to $20,000 MXN \-** Monthly Category: **Payroll** Education:**Bachelor's Degree**### **Description** Corporate company operating across multiple business sectors. **Main Job Functions:** * **Calculation and Processing:** Prepare regular, extraordinary, and retroactive payrolls, including earnings, deductions, income tax (ISR), and social security contributions (IMSS/ISSSTE). * **Onboarding, Offboarding, and Employee Movements:** Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments with the respective authorities. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all processes comply with current labor and tax legislation. * **Document Issuance:** Generate payroll receipts, CFDIs, and reports for banks and authorities. * **Information Control:** Archive and safeguard documentation, handle personnel incidents and sensitive data. * **Personnel Support:** Address inquiries and provide advisory services to clients. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field.
