We are looking for a Civil Engineer for the Budgeting Department. **Mandatory Requirement**: Degree in Civil Engineering and minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. **Essential Requirements**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, CivilCAD, and Office Suite. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare **base budgets** according to drawings and client requirements. * Calculate **labor, material, and equipment productivity rates** * Interpret architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, and special installation drawings. * Prepare reports and documentation * 3D modeling and/or rendering * Other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (includes 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Payment via BBVA payroll.
