Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and supervise last-mile logistics and courier operations, including supplier hiring and negotiation. Key Highlights: 1. Hiring last-mile suppliers 2. Managing last-mile delivery services 3. Supervising delivery operations 4. Monitoring supplier operational KPI performance 5. Negotiating rates and coverage with last-mile suppliers 6. Controlling last-mile costs and resources · Requirements: 1. Strong negotiation and effective communication skills 2. Proactive attitude 3. Intermediate Excel proficiency 4. Microsoft Office Suite 5. Preference for experience in parcel logistics or managing a supplier portfolio 6. Personal vehicle REQUIRED 7.
