Currently seeking: **Sorting Line Supervisor** Location: Sanctorum, Puebla **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer or related degree * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the automotive sector. * Proficiency in the **8D** methodology. * Root cause analysis (**5 Whys**, Ishikawa, etc.). * Implementation of **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**. * Experience supervising personnel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise teams of inspectors and quality leaders on projects within automotive plants. * Manage and track customer complaints using the **8D** methodology. * Conduct root cause analysis (Ishikawa, **5 Whys**, Pareto, etc.). * Implement and track **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**. * Ensure compliance with customer-specific standards and requirements. * Identify deviations, issue non-conformance reports, and coordinate containment plans. * Train team members on quality procedures and inspection criteria. * Maintain constant communication with customers and internal departments to ensure objective achievement. * Support the identification of continuous improvement opportunities within operations. **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** Grocery vouchers Savings fund Additional bonus days Individual SGMM SV.
