Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to participate in developing production schedules, support production control, and manage quality variables. Key Highlights: 1. Quality Management and Agro-industrial Production ***We are currently recruiting a Production Assistant for an agro-industrial company.*** **Requirements:** * Graduates in Genomic Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related fields. * Minimum age of 24 years. * Gender: Unrestricted. **Knowledge:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * a) Participate in developing the weekly production schedule, considering the monthly production plan and efficient utilization of available resources. * b) Support the plant manager in organizing and controlling liquid-phase production activities—including inoculum preparation, solution preparation, shaker inoculation, medium preparation, inoculation and incubation in F100 and F2000 bioreactors, and B-stage maturation—while complying with instructions, regulations, records, and the Quality Management System’s Quality Control Plan. * c) Manage Quality Control Plan variables across all stages to ensure product quality. * d) Ensure timely supply of raw materials and supplies required for scheduled production, with planning aligned to operational volume. * e) Identify actual or potential technical failures occurring during production or maintenance activities. * f) Report as necessary to enable the Production Manager to request corrective maintenance services and validate repairs. Additionally, monitor and report on implementation of the preventive maintenance program within the assigned area.
