Job Description and Activity Details Under supportive supervision, performs activities requiring problem solving and handling of concepts, practices, and procedures fundamental to the engineering specialization area, such as: Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical, etc. **Responsibilities** * Develop and improve molding processes for new and existing products. * Perform day-to-day activities on the manufacturing line or at the molding equipment under responsibility. * Provide direct or indirect support to other lines, molding equipment, or projects through supportive supervision. * Respond to customer complaints and initiate actions to prevent recurrence of non\-conformities related to the product, service, processes, or the quality system. * Plan projects and develop documentation under guidance from the responsible manager. * Comply with all documentation procedures and training as required by the Quality Management System. * Support engineering process validations and engineering changes. * Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment, supporting the company's. Experience and Requirements * Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.). * Advanced English (technical and conversational). * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Problem-solving skills and team coordination ability. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). * Intermediate knowledge of ISO 13485\. * Intermediate knowledge of Continuous Improvement Tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Experience and understanding of de\-coupled injection molding and structured process development. * \+5 years within the Molding Engineering Department for Medical Devices.
