**Job Description** **“A strong candidate has been identified, but that all interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply."** **Who will you be working with?** At the Apodaca plant you will interact directly with the operations, EHS and project team in search of assuring the start of operation and at the same time work closely with other North American site. **How will you make a difference?** This role will be responsible for executing on time the manufacturing process development in various ways (programming, tooling, process, etc.).This role requires strong project management expertise, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with teams locally and in other North American sites if needed. **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelor’s degree in related field * Minimum 5 years experience in operations environment, particularly in medium to heavy industrial.. * Highly proficient in communicating both orally and in writing in English and Spanish languages. * Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required. **What will your typical day look like?** This role is responsible to understand the product drawings/documentation and relay this information to the Traction Motors. * Position includes but not limited to the following: + Product Drawings + Documents of Technique + Manufacturing Instructions and Standards + Technical Specifications + Documents and Standards of Quality Control + Tooling Drawings and Techniques * Work closely with shop personnel and fully understand the processes involved in the manufacturing of Traction Motor. * Accountable for meeting the quality standards required for successful engineering verification of the manufacturing processes. * Review and analyze Mfg, space requirements, workflow, labor and design layouts of equipment and workspace. * Manage manufacturing budget and timeline, ensuring cost\-effectiveness * Assure procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. * Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior management, stakeholders, and clients. * Provide regular project updates \& reports * Address any concerns or inquiries from stakeholders professionally and promptly. * Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. * Manage any unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope with minimal disruption. **What do we want to know about you?** * Bachelors' degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical). * At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing. * Fluent in English language (writing, reading, speaking, listening). * Basic knowledge of Engineering Design Validation process and requirements thereto. * Self\-directed, highly detail oriented, organized, and flexible. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with diverse team members. * Strong oral and written communication skills. **What about the physical demands of the job?** The position requires being on the floor wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). Occasionally you will be standing for long periods and possibly surrounded by high temperatures.
