




Position Summary: Lead, implement, and improve quality and lean manufacturing processes, managing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through data analysis and continuous improvement. Direct communication with customers to ensure requirements and satisfaction. Description and details of responsibilities: 1. Propose, lead, and implement improvement projects through data and trend analysis using quality and lean manufacturing tools to eliminate defect occurrence or failure modes in the production process, fostering an operational culture of continuous improvement. 2. Maintain direct and constant communication with customers to coordinate requirements, resolve questions, and anticipate potential issues. 3. Promote and participate in continuous improvement projects. 4. Prepare and present executive quality reports, which may be presented to senior management and/or the customer. 5. Deploy senior management objectives to corresponding levels, measuring and communicating specific objectives per area, and defining and implementing corrective actions when objectives are not met. 6. Manage and develop the assigned team of engineers and inspectors. 7. Participate in the proposal, implementation, and deployment of CDFS procedures through ongoing process audits and customer audits, identifying process opportunities for compliance with CDS procedures. 8. Understand, evaluate, and raise awareness among subordinates regarding customer requirements, disseminating and documenting specific customer requirements to pursue continuous improvement and ensure customer satisfaction. 9. Establish necessary controls to ensure traceability of parts, assemblies, and sub-assemblies integrated into the product, using inspection plans, records, logs, and data analysis to maintain product traceability across all process stages. 10. Define and manage product quality measurement methods, as well as required equipment, through MSA, CAPEX, and procurement requisitions to ensure measurement methods are reliable and secure. Experience and Requirements **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. **WORK EXPERIENCE** * 5–7 years of experience in a similar position. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Certifications: Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing, Internal Auditor (any standard). **MACHINERY/EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE** * Proficiency in computer equipment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Minitab or similar statistical software. * Proficiency in measurement tools, calipers, and micrometers. * Proficiency in SPC, NCR, CAR, PPAP, FMEA, ECR, EDR, MSA. * Proficiency in quality tools.
