You will serve as the key liaison among commercial, engineering, and production departments, ensuring each project successfully transitions from the prototype phase through to mass production, meeting quality standards and delivery timelines of our Tijuana plant. Experience and Requirements **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (Industrial, Electronics, Business Administration, or related field). **Experience:** 2 years of experience in project coordination, program administration, or manufacturing support (relevant internships accepted). **Language:** **Advanced English / Bilingual (Mandatory)**. Ability to draft technical emails and conduct business calls. **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet) is desirable. **Soft Skills:** High level of organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and proactive attitude.
