The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive support in talent attraction and organizational development processes, ensuring high-quality service to all our staff. Requirements: * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Human Capital or Human Resources. * Skills: Service-oriented attitude, organization, and proactivity. Main Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection: Posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. * Training: Supporting course logistics, onboarding new staff, and following up on development plans. * Staff Support: Serving as the point of contact for inquiries, issuing uniforms and identification badges, and managing workplace climate. * Administrative Tasks: Maintaining personnel files and updating databases.
