Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations Job Description and Detailed Activities **Job Objective** Ensure the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of the maquiladora plant’s facilities by providing technical support for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general service systems, while ensuring compliance with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory standards. **Job Description and Main Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC). * Respond to infrastructure failure reports and coordinate resolution. * Monitor proper operation of equipment such as air conditioning units, compressors, electrical systems, and emergency power plants. * Support facility improvement and modification projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations. * Manage inventories of spare parts and maintenance materials. * Conduct periodic inspections to identify risks or failures. * Maintain maintenance records and reports.
