Recommendation of corrective actions in safety, hygiene, and environmental matters Description and details of duties Develops, implements and monitors safety and environmental programs and policies in accordance with governmental safety and environmental regulations. • Maintains up-to-date inventory of safety equipment, conducts periodic inspections of industrial waste generated at the plant, and coordinates with suppliers for this purpose. • Recommends corrective actions related to safety, hygiene, environmental matters, ergonomics, and health-related activities.
