Description and Details of Responsibilities Provide support for the execution and sustainability of digitalization initiatives through the NSL network, assisting with process documentation, data validation, dashboard maintenance, user support, testing activities, and operational follow-up. The role is responsible for ensuring daily operational discipline in digital tools and data integrity routines, while supporting Digitalization Engineers and business teams to deliver stable, adopted, and measurably impactful solutions. The Digitalization Technician works closer to daily execution: preparing data, maintaining reports, monitoring exceptions, supporting UAT, tracking incidents, updating documentation, and assisting in the consistent and rapid deployment of improvements. The role may also develop basic automations, reports, or proof-of-concept projects under defined standards and with guidance. * Validate and report data inconsistencies, process deviations, and system failures within the assigned platform or process. * Conduct standard Data Integrity reviews and request corrective actions from business users according to established governance. * Update dashboards, trackers, SOP support materials, and controlled documentation per defined standards. * Participate in UAT execution and record evidence of approval or failure based on authorized scripts. * Escalate defects, recurring issues, or non-compliance cases to the Digitalization Engineer or respective process owner. * Provide operational guidance to end users on standard reports, workflows, and already-implemented digital tools. Experience and Requirements * Technical degree, TSU, or ongoing university studies. * Intermediate/advanced conversational English. Skills and Knowledge: * Basic understanding of operational flows in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain. * General knowledge of ERP, WMS, MES, or CMMS concepts and transactional discipline. * Understanding of master data, transactional data, and common data quality issues in operations. * Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, SAP BO, or Excel-based reports. * Basic knowledge of testing concepts such as UAT scripts, evidence collection, and defect tracking. * Understanding of SOPs, work instructions, change control, and release support practices. * Basic knowledge of process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of scripting or automation concepts such as Python, macros, RPA, or automated routines is desirable.
