**Hisense** **Cost Manager (with translation responsibilities)** **I. Job Responsibilities** * Responsible for budget preparation, process control, accounting analysis, and cost optimization of plant manufacturing (including overhead rates). * Responsible for continuously establishing and improving the manufacturing cost control system and processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficiency to achieve financial objectives. * Responsible for driving cost reduction and efficiency improvement in manufacturing expenses. * Responsible for leading manufacturing cost planning and reporting. * Risk management and process optimization. **II. Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * **Mandatory requirement:** Minimum two years of professional experience in at least two key finance areas: budgeting, financial analysis, accounting, or treasury management. * Required languages: Advanced Chinese; Advanced English or Spanish. * **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of financial management in production systems. Prior experience in industrial finance roles involving cost management is highly desirable. * Experience in supervisory or coordination-level management. * Strong professional and leadership capabilities. Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure. * English or Spanish must be usable as working languages. * Must hold a U.S. or Mexican visa. **III.
