Description and details of responsibilities **Objective:** Plan and schedule production and raw material procurement appropriately to optimize organizational resources **Responsibilities:** * Identify price changes and request authorization from the Strategic Buyer. * Schedule, initiate, and process a production plan. * Ensure compliance with area-specific metrics. * Plan the implementation of changes to new material revisions or the introduction of new products. * Escalate to various departments any situation affecting the achievement of organizational goals. * Execute the procurement cycle based on MRP system recommendations. * Ensure freight mode is maritime or land-based. * Meet metrics established in the *Scorecard*, following tasks outlined in the Standard Work Sheet. * Coordinate with Quality on non-conforming materials. * Maintain optimal raw material inventory levels. * Maintain files and records of official documents per company procedures. * Maintain data integrity of procurement parameters in the ERP system. * Analyze and prioritize timely material arrivals to meet the Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP) plan. * Provide support for activities necessary to ensure smooth material flow.
