You will work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and high performance across all digital Touchpoints. **Experience with Kirby** (Nice to have). Valid passport and U.S. visa, or willingness to apply if necessary (occasional travel to the United States). **Key Responsibilities** ● Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress and Shopify ● Customize themes, layouts, and templates to meet brand and business requirements ● Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring performance, security, and usability ● Design and build email templates for newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows ● Manage mailing tools such as Mailchimp, or similar platforms ● Ensure the correct implementation of each design piece across the web and email platforms ● Ensure websites and emails are optimized for SEO, speed, and accessibility ● Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams on campaigns and launches ● Troubleshoot design, layout, and compatibility issues across devices and browsers ● Maintain consistent visual identity across all digital assets **Required Skills and Experience** ● **To be considered please include the link to your portfolio in your Resume** ● Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role ● Strong proficiency in WordPress and Shopify. ● Experience with Kirby ● Experience with email design and mailing platforms ● Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS ● Proficiency in Adobe software, including Illustrator and Photoshop ● Experience with responsive and mobile\-first design ● Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar ● Basic understanding of UX and UI best practices ● Strong attention to detail and visual consistency ● Analytical and problem\-solving skills with keen attention to detail. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Must be English fluent with Excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1, C2, Proficient / Advanced) **A compelling portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate the skills mentioned** **above** **Nice to Have** ● Basic JavaScript knowledge ● Experience with A/B testing for websites or emails ● Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics **WE OFFER** USD 1,300 per month (Contractor) Great teamwork Work culture and environment are based on communication, trust, and hard work.
