Monitoring of the work system to achieve objectives Job Description: We are seeking your talent as a Permit Coordinator and Services Specialist. Job Objective: Ensure that construction projects obtain permits and licenses timely and correctly in accordance with applicable municipal regulations and specifications, as well as secure necessary resources for compliance according to the regional expansion plan. Requirements: Architecture. Civil Engineering. Strong verbal communication skills. Emotional intelligence. Proactive. Main Responsibilities: 1. MANAGEMENT OF PROCEDURES, PERMITS, AND LICENSES: Ensures timely and proper acquisition of procedures, permits, licenses, and/or required documentation from various authorities overseeing construction projects, adhering to relevant ethical and legal guidelines. 2. COMPLIANT PROJECT FILES: Assembles complete project files containing all legal and supporting documentation justifying each project, ensuring both physical and digital records comply with the CAFFENIO expansion checklist. 3. WORK SYSTEM: Executes the work system defined by the immediate supervisor and promptly monitors requirements to meet objectives and maintain customer service standards.
