Delivery Driver

Job Objective Deliver products to customers on time and in good condition, maintaining food quality and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities * Order Delivery: Safely and promptly transport products from the store to the customer's address. * Customer Service: Receive and confirm orders, greet and bid farewell courteously, and resolve basic questions about the menu or promotions. * Cash and Payment Handling: Collect order payments (cash or POS terminal), handle change correctly, and issue payment receipts. * Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle (motorcycle/bicycle) clean and in good working condition, as well as work equipment (thermal delivery box, uniform). * Routes: Familiarize yourself with local streets, neighborhoods, and the fastest delivery routes to optimize delivery times. * Store Support: Assist with general store tasks when not making deliveries (packaging, cleaning, organizing). Requirements: * Must be at least 18 years old. * Completed junior high school education. * Mandatory: Valid motorcycle driver’s license; minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role or operating a vehicle. * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays). Skills: * Excellent service attitude and friendly demeanor. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Honesty and proper handling of money. * Organizational ability and strong sense of direction. * Professional appearance.
