




Position: Digital Communication Manager Education Level: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or 5 years of proven experience in a similar position Work Location: 100% in-office (Zona Rio) Working Hours: 8:00 to 18:00 hrs., Monday to Friday (occasionally weekends - remote) Language: English Required Documents: Passport and VISA Functions and Responsibilities * Social Media Management Manage official corporate social media accounts (FB-Instagram-TikTok) Extensive knowledge in data handling and utilization Creation, management, and maintenance of affinity communities (DATA) Content Creation Design/post content (visual/written) aligned with objectives and brand identity Community Interaction Respond to comments and questions, initiate conversations to build relationships and loyalty Monitor and manage online reputation Monitor brand communication, maintain/grow reputation, and crisis management Analysis and Metrics Use and exploitation of data (impact/performance analysis) for data-driven decision-making Required Skills Knowledge of USA consumer markets and communities, preferably in the sports sector In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, management tools, and analytics Writing, spelling, and grammar (excellent) Understanding and handling of data sources for analysis and reporting (reports/charts) Generation, organization, and management of content planning (based on DATA) Creativity and skills in graphic design, photography, and video Communication skills (effective interaction with communities) Hiring Type: Fee-based compensation assimilated to salary.
