Responsibilities: You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting sales metrics, implementing strategies to maximize results, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory control—guaranteeing compliance with store standards. REQUIREMENTS: We seek candidates with an incomplete or completed bachelor's degree, aged 27 or older, and at least 1 year of experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role. Candidates must possess a sales-oriented mindset and passion for sales, flexibility to work varied shifts, and experience in branch opening and closing, as well as inventory management and cyclical counts.
