**JOB OBJECTIVE:** ======================== **Support incoming material inspection and perform basic control system testing for spas, ensuring material and product control and traceability.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ========================== * **Perform basic visual inspections of received and in-process manufacturing materials.** * **Test and verify the basic functionality of spas, including electrical and electronic configuration.** * **Document inspection results, including NCMRs and movement sheets.** * **Manage non-conforming material and perform sorting of conforming and non-conforming material.** * **Generate and update NCMRs, and prepare and send non-conforming samples to suppliers.** * **Collaborate with other departments on basic measurements and R\&R evaluation testing.** * **Maintain a clean and organized work area following the 5S\+1 methodology.** * **Always comply with the Company’s safety policies.** *This is not an exhaustive list of all job responsibilities.* *May perform other duties as assigned based on company needs.* **MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:** ================================== **EDUCATION** ============= **Secondary school or high school diploma.** ------------------------------ **EXPERIENCE** =============== **3 months of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **KNOWLEDGE** ================= * **Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).** * **ISO 9001\-2015 standard (Desirable).** * **5S methodology.** * **Basic electricity knowledge and use of voltage measurement equipment.** **CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES** ============================== **Forklift operation (Not mandatory)** --------------------------------------------- **COMPETENCIES** ================ **Responsibility, teamwork, communication, adaptability, initiative, customer focus.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **LANGUAGE SKILL** ========================= **Good verbal and written communication.** ---------------------------------------- **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT** ============================================ The employee must lift loads NOT EXCEEDING those established in NOM\-006:2014\. Good color discrimination vision. Work near live electrical cables and conveyor lines.
