Job Summary: This role involves leading and coaching a program team, ensuring alignment with strategic plans, managing customer relationships, and overseeing project completion and delivery activities. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and train the program team 2. Manage customer and supplier relationships 3. Ensure alignment with the strategic plan Description and details of responsibilities * Make a program management plan * Define projects and programs are aligned with the strategic plan of the organization * Define the program controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc. to manage the program .•Lead and coach the Program team members in meeting project objectives * Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives. * Management and assurance of meeting customer’s requirements and expectations .• Key liaison person nel between customer and business unit. * Over see timely competition of production schedules and new project\-start \-up through efficient coordination of all levels inclusive of procurement and engineering team. * Coordinate and manage relationships with customers, internal groups and suppliers. * Manage and review customer PO. S/O, changes, updates, and closure. * Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition. * Main point of contact for customer\-related queries. * Review demand/forecast from customer and provide delivery updates. * FC management/SO management. * Liaise with planner, purchasing, and factory personnel to resolve material/delivery issues. * To facilitate product release and delivery activities. * Propose work improvements plan to management. * To provide resources to support NAVISION MRP/MPS implementation and today support in material\-planning group.
