Our reputation across 19 offices in Mexico is built upon expertise, credibility, and quality in delivering solutions in Audit, Taxation, and Consulting, among others. **We provide the best advisory services to help our clients make Smart Decisions!** **Join our team as: Payroll Supervisor.** **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field * 4–5 years of experience managing payroll for multiple companies * Intermediate–advanced knowledge of accounting principles, IMSS, and INFONAVIT * Knowledge of the Income Tax Law (ISR) and other applicable payroll-related legislation * Proficiency in payroll software and government agency platforms (intermediate–advanced) * Ability to file legal defenses before government agencies * Experience using HR platforms *flex* and CompatQi **What do we expect from you?** * Strict adherence to the Firm’s Code of Ethics and branding guidelines * Preparation and submission of informative tax returns and other applicable federal and state obligations * Preparation of working papers and calculations required for INFONAVIT withholding schedules, FONACOT, PAYROLL VIEWER, and ISR * Monthly verification of compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT obligations * Processing of external payrolls (multiple companies simultaneously) * Review of fiscal receipt requirements (CFDI) * Monitoring and ensuring accurate calculation of federal taxes, particularly Income Tax (ISR) * Filing procedures before government agencies * Ability to independently conduct client meetings for follow-ups * Bank account management and control * Supporting the team in resolving tax- and labor-related queries * Annual calculations (Christmas Bonus, Profit Sharing, IMSS Risk Premium) * Reporting any anomalies detected during reviews or operational processes to management * Supervision of operational staff within the Department * Review and control of time spent on departmental tasks * Managing overall collections and ensuring projected budget targets are met * Resolving client inquiries and disputes related to labor matters, IMSS, and INFONAVIT **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Job stability * Work flexibility * Excellent work environment * Growth opportunities * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM * Hybrid work model (after the third month) * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund * Life insurance * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Employee referral bonus program * Bi-weekly payroll * Annual training programs * Professional development and career growth opportunities. **If you meet all the requirements, please share your CV in PDF format with us.** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 – $42,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
