




Description and details of activities **Activities** * Support in the entry and recording of accounting entries (income, expenses, and journal). * Perform bank reconciliations and review transactions. * Control and file accounting documentation and fiscal receipts (CFDI). * Assist in the preparation of accounting reports and ledgers. * Review and classify supplier invoices for proper accounting. * Assist in basic tax calculations and filing of declarations under supervision. * Provide support to the department during monthly accounting closings and audits. Experience and requirements **Experience and requirements** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration (recent graduate or intern). * Experience not essential; professional internships or social service experience in accounting or administrative areas preferred. **Technical knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of general accounting, accounting records, and bank reconciliations. * Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, pivot tables, filters). * Knowledge of any accounting software desirable (CONTPAQi, COI, SAE, or others). * Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. * Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.
