Supervise the quality of crew work **Totalplay, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking:** Totalplay Operations Supervisor **Requirements:** **Education:** Completed bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administration, Systems, or related field. Valid Class C driver's license and ability to drive a standard automobile. (Mandatory) **Work Experience:** Knowledge of fiber optics. **Skills and Competencies:** Proficiency in Excel, service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** Maintain crew productivity, foster a healthy work environment, ensure services are delivered in accordance with company standards and guidelines, supervise the quality of crew work, resolve issues beyond the crew's scope of responsibility, provide appropriate and timely follow-up on operations and personnel under supervision, conduct field visits, verify that crews arrive at job sites at the scheduled time. **We Offer:** Monthly gross base salary: $20,000 \+ productivity bonus of up to $20,000\.
