Responsibilities: * Administrative assistant with experience in document management, information control, and operational support across various departments. * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, databases, reporting, and KPI tracking), focused on organizing, analyzing, and optimizing administrative processes. * Responsible, analytical, and results-oriented, capable of working under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy when handling confidential data. * Excellent follow-up, organization, and control of physical and digital files. * Knowledge of billing Requirements: * Incomplete or completed degree in Accounting or Administration. * Demonstrable employment stability * Proficiency: Excel (expert level) * Skills: Individual with strong business judgment and understanding. * Excellent attitude, with experience in accounting firms (preferred). * Candidates meeting the profile are encouraged to apply through this channel.
