




Job Description and Activity Details **Activities** * Support the daily administration and operation of Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their availability and stable performance. * Monitor the technological infrastructure, reviewing CPU usage, memory, disk space, and critical services. * Perform documented operational tasks such as controlled restarts, service validations, and preventive checks. * Support backup management and verification, ensuring backups execute correctly. * Handle first- and second-level incidents related to systems and infrastructure, escalating when necessary. * Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access changes—including permissions—in accordance with security policies. * Collaborate in applying system patches and updates following established procedures. * Support the creation and updating of technical documentation and operational procedures. * Participate in infrastructure improvement, migration, or technology renewal projects. * Comply with information security policies and internal IT procedures. Experience and Requirements **Requirements** * Technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or Information Technology (currently in final semesters or completed). * 1–2 years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, or systems administration (including professional internships or social service). * Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration. * Basic knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper\-V). * Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, and general connectivity concepts. * Basic understanding of information security best practices. * Basic or desirable scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash). * Desirable familiarity with infrastructure monitoring tools. * Ability to follow procedures, document activities, and work in an organized manner. * Competencies: proactivity, willingness to learn, responsibility, clear communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
