Here, you’re part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence and unity.* **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure the recruitment of the most qualified personnel to fill open positions across all branches and proactively anticipate staffing needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of recent experience in operational and/or administrative recruitment. * Proficiency in job portals (Indeed, social media, etc.). * Strong verbal communication skills, positive attitude, and effective interpersonal abilities. * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. * Proactivity in anticipating, identifying, and resolving recruitment challenges. * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. * Confidentiality in handling personal information. * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Post job openings, screen candidates, and ensure timely coverage. * Conduct preliminary interviews and administer necessary assessments based on the position profile. * Verify employment references and manage documentation for hiring. * Coordinate second interviews with direct supervisors. * Support new hires during their onboarding/induction process. * Participate in job fairs and propose talent attraction strategies. * Maintain up-to-date databases of job openings and candidates. * Register new hires in internal platforms and Revolution. * Maintain ongoing communication with Captains and area leaders regarding process progress. * Design and publish flyers or announcements using Canva. * Promote the internal referral program and manage corresponding bonuses.
