Description and details of responsibilities Knowledge of plastic injection molding. Knowledge and operation of Arburg machines. Knowledge of thin-wall molds and precision molds. Startup of injection molds, hot-runner molds, and high-cavity molds. Support in validation of new molds, as well as revalidations (IQ/OQ/PQ). Handling of hydraulic and pneumatic cores. Color change in hot-runner molds. Responsible for SCRAP control of assigned machines. Responsible for 5S performance results of assigned machines. Assists in failure analysis. Experience and requirements Experience: In plastic injection molding machines, preferably familiar with RJG. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding machines.
