




Position Summary: Latin America Payroll Coordinator responsible for timely payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and providing guidance to employees. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ADP Lyric/Lifion, ADP Celergo, Tress, and MasOrden. 2. Ensure accurate payroll and deduction calculations. 3. Compliance with internal policies and federal, state, and local regulations. The Latin America Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for timely payroll processing in assigned countries in accordance with company policies and local Mexican labor, tax, and social security regulations. Key responsibilities include recording payroll incidents, reviewing and preparing reports, and resolving and advising employees on payroll-related matters. * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Business Administration, or related field). * **English proficiency: 90%** * Extensive experience with ADP Lyric/Lifion, ADP Celergo, **Tress**, and MasOrden, including timekeeping, benefits administration, and reporting functions. Prior experience with statutory calculations, compliance requirements, tax laws, and labor laws. * Advanced office software skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently. * Accurately evaluate employee attendance records weekly and/or biweekly via TRESS and ADP. * Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws. * Update payroll records in ADP Lyric, ADP Celergo, and TRESS. Monitor reports and manage employee compensation. * Ensure compliance with all internal policies and federal, state, and local regulations. * Assist supervisors in resolving employee payroll discrepancies as needed. * Record weekly payroll adjustments affecting employee earnings and deductions. * Prepare and review payroll validity on a weekly basis.
