




Position Summary: This Human Resources position involves recruitment, onboarding coordination, personnel file management, and HR system administration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in recruitment and personnel management. 2. Proficiency in HR systems such as Tress and IDSE. 3. Coordination of onboarding and documentation for new hires. Description and details of responsibilities * Direct personnel recruitment. * Scheduling of medical examinations for new hires. * Coordination and logistics for onboarding courses for new employees. * Verification of personal documents for new hires / creation and filing of personnel files. * Entry of pre-payroll incidents into the Tress system. * Registration and termination of employees in the HR system and with IDSE (IMSS). * Posting job vacancies on social media. * Internal announcements. * Operation of Tress, CANVA, and Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of IDSE. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field. * One year of experience in recruitment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Prior experience with the TRESS system preferred. Compile and maintain employee files; record each employee’s data and supervision reports.
