Opportunity for professional development within a multidisciplinary corporate group **HR Coordinator – SPIA Corporate Group** **Position Objective** To coordinate, supervise, and provide strategic and operational HR support to the various companies within the corporate group, ensuring compliance with processes, proper personnel administration, and timely response to internal requirements and external client needs. **Companies Supported** * GAUMA (transportation sector) * SPIA (investigation and criminology consultancy) * Private security company * Chain of coffee shops * Other external clients (as required) **Main Responsibilities** **1. HR Coordination and Supervision** * Supervise proper execution of HR processes in each business unit. * Provide guidance and support to HR leads in each company. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and corporate guidelines. **2. Recruitment and Selection** * Manage recruitment processes for internal and external vacancies. * Develop job profiles in collaboration with internal and external clients. * Post vacancies and screen candidates. * Coordinate interviews and track candidate progress. **3. Control and Trust Assessments** * Coordinate implementation of control and trust assessments. * Track assessment results and candidate validation. * Compile complete files for submission to clients. **4. Personnel Administration** * Verify that employee files are complete and up to date. * Ensure proper preparation of employment contracts. * Supervise onboarding, offboarding, and personnel transfers. **5. Client Service** * Follow up on external client requirements. * Present validated candidates to fill vacancies. * Maintain consistent communication to ensure service satisfaction. **6. Operational Tracking** * Supervise timely and accurate delivery of information. * Identify areas for improvement in HR processes. * Support resolution of personnel-related incidents. **Additional Functions** * Support special HR projects. * Implement improvements in internal processes. * Submit progress and results reports to the Director. **Position Profile** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years coordinating HR functions or similar role. * Experience in operational and administrative recruitment. * Preferred experience in security or service-oriented companies. **Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection * Personnel administration * File management * Control and trust assessment processes (preferred) * Basic labor legislation **Skills** * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Leadership and decision-making * Adaptability (managing multiple companies) **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Time to fill vacancies * Percentage of complete employee files * On-time delivery compliance * Internal/external client satisfaction * Personnel turnover (tracking) **Position Conditions** * Willingness to travel between companies * Ability to serve multiple business units **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Day Off:** Sunday · Social Security (IMSS) coverage from the start of employment. · Vacation entitlement as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law. · Vacation bonus as per current law. · Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law. **Selection Process** * Polygraph test * Home visit * Psychometric assessments * Psychological evaluation * Anti-drug testing Salary: $5,000.00 \- $5,500.00 per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
