




**Part-time Instructor \- IBERO UNIVERSITY** **Campus: Playas de Tijuana** **Modality: In-person** **Course:** Design Studio **Academic Area:** Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture **Contract Type:** Honorarium-based **Course Objective:** Comprehensively analyze the relationship between users and their physical, social, and environmental contexts to design low-complexity architectural spaces that adequately address their needs. Furthermore, consciously apply bioclimatic architecture principles to develop functional, comfortable, and environmentally respectful proposals. **Required Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Arts, or related fields. * Minimum two years of verifiable professional experience in architectural design. * Minimum two years of verifiable teaching experience in higher education. * Availability to teach as a part-time instructor. * Willingness to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in using platforms for delivering instruction either virtually or in person. * Ability to guide learning processes that foster cultural identity, complex thinking, systemic perspective, and critical thinking skills. * Ability to guide learning processes that promote information-seeking skills appropriate to the university level. **Application Procedures:** * Interested applicants must submit their curriculum vitae. * A signed letter addressed to Dr. Sarah A.
