High attention to detail and precision in finishing. **Senior Auto Body / Sheet Metal Master Technician** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced auto body and sheet metal technician with a proven background to join our technical team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate impeccable technique in structural restoration, chassis alignment, and surface preparation, ensuring show-quality finishes while meeting automotive safety standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 years** verifiable experience in similar roles (multi-brand or specialty workshops). * Education: Completed high school. A bachelor’s degree (in progress or incomplete) in Automotive Mechanics or related technical fields is considered a plus. * Age: Between 28 and 55 years old. * Mandatory documentation: **Submit 2 letters of recommendation** from previous employers verifying professional skill and work ethics. * Must own all necessary tools. * Must reside within a maximum 1.5-hour commute. * Punctuality. **Job Responsibilities:** * Repair of minor, moderate, and severe dents. * Patch panel installation. * Proficiency in chassis stretching and alignment tools (clamps, towers, stretching benches). * Specialized welding (MIG, spot, oxyacetylene) applied to various metals. * Disassembly and reassembly of interior and exterior components. * Surface preparation for the painting department (sanding, application of fillers and primers). * Diagnosis of hidden structural damage and technical risk assessment during repairs. **Desired Skills and Attributes:** * High attention to detail and **precision in finishing**. * Ability to self-manage and **meet delivery deadlines**. * Knowledge of modern materials (aluminum, reinforced plastics, etc.). * Extensive and solid knowledge of vehicle components. * Teamwork. * Frustration tolerance. * Time planning and organization of assigned work area. * Use of personal protective safety accessories. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Social security * Variable productivity bonuses Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Free parking * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
