Customer satisfaction focus and continuous improvement A leading national logistics solutions company invites you to join its team as: 3PL Warehouse Manager (Logistics / Non-Transportation) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or retail sector. Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client account management). Experience in personnel management and operational team leadership. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software. Knowledge of logistics, distribution, and inventory control processes. Familiarity with industrial safety and risk management. Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Supervise product inbound and outbound activities at the distribution center (CEDIS). Ensure accurate inventory control through management systems. Coordinate scheduling of shipments and deliveries to retail points or customers. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes to optimize time and resources. Supervise compliance with quality standards in product receiving, storage, and distribution. Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management. Experience in client prospecting and/or sales of services.
