Excellent work environment We are looking for a Pawn Advisor Work Locations: Plaza las Fuentes Los Pinos El Rubí Otay (Plaza Dorado) We seek a responsible, dynamic Pawn Advisor with commercial skills to promote our services and appraise gold pawn items. This person will serve as the direct liaison between the company and customers, delivering personalized service and building long-term relationships. · Key Responsibilities: Promote the company's products and/or services at the point of sale. Attend to potential customers, explaining terms, benefits, and requirements. Prepare reports and quotations according to established valuation criteria and tables. Follow up with interested customers until completion of the transaction or service. Achieve monthly targets for promotion, placement, and valuation quality. Maintain constant communication with the sales and operations departments. · Requirements: Completed secondary education Minimum age: 20 years Minimum 8 months of experience in promotion or customer service. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills, and enthusiasm for the job. Availability for rotating shifts Willingness to travel for one week only for practical training in Mexico City, with travel expenses covered. Only airport transfer costs will be reimbursed. · Key Competencies: Customer orientation and service focus. Honesty and strong sense of responsibility. Organization and attention to detail.
