Customer satisfaction focus and continuous improvement A leading national logistics solutions company invites you to join its team as: 3PL Operations Manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics, distribution, or retail sector. Experience in 3PL operations (multi-client account management). Experience in personnel management and leadership of operational teams. Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP systems. Knowledge of logistics processes, distribution, and inventory control. Knowledge of industrial safety and risk management. Leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. Customer orientation and results-driven mindset. Key Responsibilities: Supervise product inflow and outflow at the Distribution Center (CEDIS). Ensure proper inventory control through management systems. Coordinate dispatch and delivery scheduling to retail outlets or customers. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes to optimize time and resources. Supervise compliance with quality standards for product receiving, storage, and distribution. Maintain smooth communication with logistics service providers, carriers, and other key stakeholders. Resolve any incidents or complaints related to distribution operations, ensuring customer satisfaction. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to Management. Experience in customer prospecting and/or service sales.
