Job Requirements To join our team, you must meet the following criteria: * Languages: Advanced English is essential (native-like conversational and written fluency). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service, Customer Success, or Inside Sales. * Market Knowledge: Proven experience handling and serving clients in the United States. * Tools: Proficiency using CRM platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, or similar software. * Core Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer orientation, and the ability to work under pressure while providing timely follow-ups. * VISA.
