




Job Description and Activity Details Manage the Organization’s Human Resources process to ensure smooth operation, starting from talent acquisition aligned with operational needs, through onboarding, integration, and development, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures that guarantee achievement of organizational objectives. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Years of experience: > 10 years * Language: Advanced English * Systems: Workday and Tress * Education: Completed university degree (degree awarded) * Others: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Payroll, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) **Activity Details:** * Collaborate in defining the organization’s human resources strategy. * Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making. * Lead and supervise the Human Resources team. * Ensure the company complies with current labor laws and regulations. * Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts. * Measure and improve organizational climate — Engagement. * Coordinate and monitor Performance Management processes. * Provide feedback and advisory support to employees and leaders. * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. * Participate in corporate projects. * Budget planning and management. * Responsible for hiring direct and indirect personnel. * Participate in defining the annual compensation package. * Responsible for the Site’s Recognition, Cultural, and Sports Program. * Responsible for the Orientation Program. * Serve as the Company’s representative on labor-related matters. * Employment document management. * Manage corporate, legal, and compliance audits related to HR. * Coordinate employee services such as transportation and cafeteria. * Promote and monitor cultural, values-based, and ethical initiatives. * Promote collaboration with universities and industrial associations. * Stay updated on legal and regulatory labor changes and lead their implementation.
