




Position Summary: Designs, supervises, and implements interactive and playful educational programs for diverse audiences, coordinating content, teaching materials, and guide training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and supervision of innovative educational programs 2. Development of interactive and playful educational content 3. Coordination of workshops and programs for diverse audiences * Designs and supervises the implementation of new educational activity programs to be offered to the Museum’s various audiences. * Develops interactive, experimental, and playful educational content that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and meaningful learning. * Coordinates the creation of: * Workshops, scientific demonstrations, and interactive laboratories * Digital presentations * Educational programs for schools and the general public * Ensures content is clear, accessible, inclusive, and appropriate for different age groups and educational levels. * Designs and implements educational impact indicators, evaluating visitor experience and learning outcomes. * Designs and coordinates the execution of institutional educational events. * Implements orientation and ongoing training programs for educational guides. * Creates training manuals. * Coordinates the development of teaching materials to complement training programs and visitor services. * Designs new training programs for visitor service and marketing departments. * Coordinates social service programs and professional internships. * Coordinates collaboration with educational institutions contributing to the Museum’s content (Public and Private Universities, Research Centers).
