OBJECTIVE Maintain and elevate the service level for brands under responsibility to 95% or higher. Communicate responses to our customers promptly, accurately, and clearly. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and inventory reduction. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES * Maintain and elevate the service level for assigned brands to 95%. * Contribute to the reduction of excess or obsolete material to reduce inventory. * Efficiently execute departmental procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor assigned brands to maintain the target service level. * Communicate any constraints that prevent on-time shipment—both delivery date and lead time—for assigned products. EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES * Basic knowledge of APICS. * Intermediate English (B2 preferred). * 1\-2 years of experience in production planning within a high-mix, low-volume environment. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree with a title in Engineering or Administration. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced proficiency in SAP. AUTHORITY * N/A.
