




Job Description and Responsibilities * Creation and execution of equipment and process validations (IQ, OQ, PQ) for current process changes or improvements * Track actions to reduce NCMRs and CAPAs * Create instructions for disposition of non-conforming material * Create and maintain all product documentation, bills of materials, and specifications for existing products; solve problems using Lean Six Sigma methodology (PDCA, DMAIC, 8D, RCA, etc.) * Create and update manufacturing assembly procedures, designs, and all related documentation * Implement and monitor productivity improvements to achieve KPI objectives * Ensure quality through implementation of test procedures (Poka Yokes) based on FMEAs and customer complaints * Equipment replacement and implementation of new technologies * Line balancing and standard time studies * Coordinate with customers and central engineering team to define product specifications and design change requests * Create engineering change orders and process deviations * Implement budget for repair investments and new equipment, and drive investment initiatives * Execute continuous improvement projects (VIP) and OpEx initiatives to improve profitability * Execute supplier-related projects (e.g., new materials) Experience and Requirements * Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering degree * Advanced English proficiency * Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing * Availability to work in the Playas de Tijuana area (company location) * Willingness to travel domestically or internationally * Valid U.S. visa / passport Benefits * Benefits according to Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Engineering **Employment type** Permanent **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Work schedule** Full-time **Working hours** Monday–Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm / Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm **Education** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **Willingness to travel** No
