Innovation-oriented environment RESPONSIBILITIES * Fixture, gauge, and test station design * Mechanical + electrical integration * Industrial solution development (harnesses, testing, automation) * Blueprint interpretation and continuous improvement REQUIREMENTS * Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field * Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks / AutoCAD) * Basic electrical knowledge (sensors, wiring, 24V) * Proactive, creative, and solution-focused * Experience in manufacturing or automation * Basic programming (PLC, relays, etc.) * Hands-on design experience WE OFFER * Competitive salary * Accelerated growth * Real projects from day one * Innovation-oriented environment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
