Your Role We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Coordinator who leads or executes complex engineering projects grounded in deep expertise within their specialized engineering field (e.g., industrial engineering, industrial processes, lean manufacturing). Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and/or execute Kaizen events targeting the 7 wastes. Design, propose, and/or implement improvements in manufacturing processes. Value Stream Mapping (VSM) analysis. Return-on-investment analysis prior to automation technology implementation. Responsible for monitoring key laboratory metrics (Productivity, Lead time, Scrap, EER, Rework, Yield). Responsible for Continuous Improvement programs (Kamishibai Audits – Recognition Program for Improvement) – PFMEA tool coordinator. Key Requirements: 7 years of experience in this role. Professional degree (diploma and license). Advanced English. Negotiation skills. Advanced knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools (VSM, PDCA, 5S). Project manager. Experience in balancing direct and indirect process workloads. Advanced knowledge of FMEA tools; familiarity with IQ, OQ, and PQ validation. Recruitment Process.
