Responsibilities: * **Preparation of ingredients**. * **Production of pizza bases and toppings**. * **Operation of industrial equipment**. * **Quality control**. * Coordinate with the kitchen department to ensure timely supply of ingredients (vegetables, meats, cheeses, etc.) to prevent shortages during peak meal hours. * **Rotating inventory management:** Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize losses. * **Hygiene and safety:** Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygienic food handling, and thorough cleaning of your workstation at the beginning and end of each shift.
