Description and details of activities * All preventive and corrective maintenance activities must comply with applicable safety regulations, following existing procedures. * Prepare reports of completed activities, filling out forms provided by supervision for machinery and equipment records and histories. * Assist Technician level A and B in the following activities under constant direct supervision: * Perform electrical installations and/or piping for gases or compressed air for machinery and equipment. * Repair electrical installations and gas piping to ensure proper operation and compliance with installation standards. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on compressors and dryers of the plant's compressed air system. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production overhead cranes, adhering to safety regulations and work-at-height permits. * Ensure proper operation of equipment, buildings, machines, and other mechanical systems. * Install, repair, inspect, and maintain machines, buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment, as well as execute scheduled preventive maintenance work orders and perform corrective maintenance tasks arising from daily operations. * Maintain walls, floors, and ceilings in good condition by performing repairs or painting as necessary, including floor markings. * Use specialized tools and equipment to carry out maintenance and repair tasks. * Carry out inspection and maintenance activities on office air conditioning units. * Perform preventive maintenance on water and drainage systems, as well as water pumps. * All other duties inherent to the job area.
