Job Summary: Safety Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising safety and hygiene plans, identifying occupational hazards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (NOM, STPS, OSHA) **POSITION**: Safety Engineer **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, implement, and supervise safety and hygiene plans for facilities and projects * Identify, analyze, and assess occupational hazards in company processes * Design and deliver safety training programs for personnel * Ensure compliance with official standards and regulations (NOM, STPS in Mexico; OSHA in the U.S.) * Conduct periodic inspections of work areas, equipment, and facilities * Coordinate incident, accident, and emergency response and reporting * Implement personal protective equipment (PPE) usage programs * Monitor and track safety performance indicators (injury rates, incidents, regulatory compliance) * Participate in accident investigations and propose corrective and preventive actions * Support internal and external safety audits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $19,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
